There isn't real official date of creation but we can still refer us to one of the first videos under the label " SPFB © " ( not available on the Net ) : " Parody Star-Wars " Video shot between friends the 22/09/2006. Then many videos published on the net about ( and majority ) basketball game. December 19, 2007 first attempt of video classify "humor". Then, August 15, 2008, came "THE BASKET - IN 4 LESSONS"; first slight success with over 2925 views now ! " SPFB © " diversified into the video game the June 25, 2009; and finally it took part in differents contests as : " Foot Locker " or " Charal Snack " the December 12, 2009.

LE BASKET - EN 4 LECONS

" Séquence " humour du soir " avec une petite vidéo qui m'a bien fait marrer après l'entrainement !
On se retrouve en direct sur un des playgrounds du parc hélitas de Californie pour apprendre le Basket en 4 leçons ! Merci, Adrian aka The Joker !


1. Le shoot : Largeur pied égale épaule - Position du chieur - Bras dans l'axe - et du casse le poignet
2. Le dribble : C'est comme la fin du shoot, tu casse ton poignet, tu casse ton poignet...
3. Le double pas : C'est dur !
4. Le lancer franc : C'est comme le shoot mais il y a un peu plus de pression et tu es un peu plus près... "

Avec cette vidéo vous " apprendrez " les 4 bases du basket, pour devenir un " vrai " joueur de basket !
